• 50% advance payment is received

If we miss the deadline due to our fault, you're protected by our refund policy.

If we fail to deliver on time due to our fault, you have two options:

• Option 1: 100% full refund - Get your complete investment back
• Option 2: 50% refund + Full project handover with source code

Note: This doesn't apply to delays caused by client-side issues or third-party services.
