1. Free Plan - No Refunds Needed

Our Free Plan is completely free forever. There are no charges, no hidden fees, and nothing to refund. You can:

  • Register up to 2 vehicles with QR codes
  • Enjoy unlimited scans and contact notifications
  • Use the service indefinitely at no cost
  • Delete your account anytime if you no longer need it

2. Premium Plan - 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Our Premium Plan costs ₹99 per month and comes with a 7-day money-back guarantee:

2.1 Eligibility for Full Refund

You can request a full refund if:

  • You subscribed to Premium within the last 7 days
  • You haven't extensively used premium features
  • You're not satisfied with the service for any reason

2.2 What Counts as "Extensive Use"

Refunds may be reviewed if you:

  • Registered more than 20 vehicles
  • Downloaded business cards for all vehicles multiple times
  • Clearly used all premium features to their full extent

We trust our users and process genuine refund requests promptly.

3. After the 7-Day Period

After 7 days from your subscription date:

  • No refunds are provided for the current billing month
  • You can cancel anytime to prevent future charges
  • Premium features remain active until the end of your current billing period
  • You can downgrade to the Free Plan (limited to 2 vehicles) when your premium period ends

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:

4.1 After 7-Day Window

  • Refund requests made more than 7 days after initial subscription
  • Renewal charges (you can cancel before renewal to avoid charges)
  • Previous billing periods after you've already renewed

4.2 Service Abuse

  • Account suspension due to Terms of Service violations
  • Misuse of the platform (spam, harassment, fraudulent activity)
  • Multiple refund requests for the same subscription (refund abuse)

4.3 Technical Issues Beyond Our Control

  • User's internet connectivity problems
  • Device compatibility issues (though we support all modern devices)
  • Third-party payment gateway failures
  • SMS/notification delivery failures by telecom providers

4.4 Free Plan

  • Free plan has no charges, so there's nothing to refund
  • Simply delete your account if you no longer wish to use the service

5. How to Request a Refund

5.1 Refund Request Process

  1. Check Eligibility: Ensure you're within the 7-day refund window
  2. Contact Support: Reach out via WhatsApp, email, or dashboard support
  3. Provide Details: Share your registered email/mobile and transaction ID
  4. Review: We'll review your request within 24-48 hours
  5. Approval: Once approved, refund is initiated immediately

5.2 Refund Processing Timeline

  • Request Review: 24-48 hours
  • Refund Initiation: Within 2 business days of approval
  • Bank Processing: 5-7 business days (depending on your bank)
  • Total Time: Typically 7-10 business days from request to money in account

5.3 Required Information

To process your refund quickly, please provide:

  • Your registered email address or mobile number
  • Transaction ID or payment receipt
  • Subscription start date
  • Brief reason for refund (optional but helpful)

7. Subscription Cancellation

7.1 How to Cancel

You can cancel your Premium subscription anytime:

  • Go to Dashboard → Settings → Subscription
  • Click "Cancel Subscription"
  • Confirm cancellation
  • Or contact support for assistance

7.2 What Happens After Cancellation

  • Premium features remain active until the end of current billing period
  • No further charges will be made
  • Account automatically downgrades to Free Plan (2 vehicles)
  • You can resubscribe anytime

8. Service Interruptions & Credits

8.1 Extended Downtime

If ParkQR service is unavailable due to our fault:

  • Less than 4 hours: No compensation (normal maintenance)
  • 4-24 hours: Premium users get 1 day credit added to subscription
  • More than 24 hours: Proportional refund or credit to all premium users

8.2 Scheduled Maintenance

  • Advance notification provided via email and dashboard
  • Typically scheduled during low-traffic hours
  • No refunds for announced maintenance windows

9. What Happens After a Refund

9.1 Premium Access

Upon refund approval:

  • Premium features are immediately deactivated
  • Account automatically downgrades to Free Plan
  • You can keep up to 2 vehicles active (excess vehicles will be archived)
  • All your data remains safe and accessible

9.2 Your Data

  • All vehicle information, QR codes, and contact details remain intact
  • Downloaded business cards continue to work
  • You can continue using the Free Plan features
  • Delete your account anytime if you don't want to continue

9.3 Re-subscription

  • You can subscribe to Premium again anytime
  • Normal 7-day refund policy applies to new subscription
  • All your data will be immediately restored
